Nurses are in high demand across every US state and every care setting. Millions of Americans want to enter the profession. The bottleneck isn't the talent pool — it's the cost of training, which puts nursing school out of reach for too many people who would make excellent nurses.
Calby partners with accredited colleges to sponsor the full tuition cost of RN and LVN training. Students pay only the $20 application fee to begin. Everything else — tuition, curriculum access, clinical placement matching — is covered.
Our goal is straightforward: remove the financial barrier so the people who want to become nurses can, regardless of their background, prior education, or financial situation.
