Submit your $20 admission fee through our secure Stripe payment link. This covers your full admissions review. Tuition is completely separate and fully sponsored by Calby.

Complete the application form
You'll be redirected to a short form after payment. Tell us your name, contact details, which program you want (RN or LVN/LPN), and your general location so we can match you with a nearby partner college.

Step 3 · Within 5 business days
Admissions review
Our team reviews your application, confirms your eligibility, and reaches out by email and phone with next steps, your matched partner college, and program start information.

Step 4 · Program start
Begin your 48-week training
Start your online coursework with your assigned partner college. All instruction is online except six intensive weeks of in-person clinicals at your matched location.
